Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a proactive and strategic Assistant Manager - Data Centers and Passive to join our rapidly expanding team. In this role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and management of data center facilities to meet the organization’s evolving technological needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and construction phases of data centers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of data center facilities, focusing on efficiency, uptime, and capacity management
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT infrastructure in data center environments
• Implement energy-efficient solutions and sustainable practices in data center operations
• Establish regular maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure optimal performance of data center equipment and infrastructure
• Evaluate and recommend upgrades, expansions, or modifications required to meet changing technological requirements
• Develop and track performance metrics to assess data center operations and implement improvements as necessary
• Research and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in data center design and management
• Provide support in incident management and disaster recovery planning related to data center operations
