TheSenior Architect will oversee the full spectrum of architecturedesign for different asset types relating to THE LINE. Manage thefull spectrum of architecture design for different asset typesacross THE LINE. Serves as a capable professional in anarchitectural design team leading work on specific elements of aproject with minimal direction and supervision of a SeniorArchitect or senior team member. This is a KSA NEOMclient sitebasedrole.
Responsibilities
- ManageScope & Schedule ensuring alignment with projectobjectives.
- Ensure compliance with projectrequirements and design standards.
- Supportintegration of design packages acrossdisciplines.
- Champion Safety in Designprinciples andimplementation.
- DeliverTHE LINE Architecture mandate as part of the Senior Management teamincluding stakeholder engagement.
- Manage thedesign process creatively emphasizing aestheticexcellence.
- Collaborate with THE LINE DesignGroup Delivery team and Project team on design delivery fromconcept to completion.
- Deliver architecturaldesigns for diverse typologies : residential mixeduse commercialpublic healthcare educational civic culturaletc.
- Prepare develop and edit drawings andpresentations effectively.
- Supervise productionfrom visualization through preconcept concept developed anddetailed design stages.
- Lead qualitativearchitectural design reviews offering analysis comments andrecommendations to ExecutiveManagement.
- Oversee and manage ArchitectsDesigners Managers and Professionals within thedepartment.
- Draft comprehensive architecturaldocumentation from concept through detaileddesign.
- Ensure Design and Asset Briefcompliance maintaining accuracy andcompleteness.
- Develop and review architecturalasset briefs manuals and standard designdocuments.
- Oversee preparation of materialsschedules sample boards FF&E schedules sourcing andmockups.
- Solve design issues creatively whileadhering to budget and designapproach.
- Communicate and coordinate withconsultants contractors and NEOMdepartments.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams indelivering complex highprofileprojects.
- Provide strategic guidance ontechnical design standards andphilosophy.
- Monitor technical compliancethroughout design and constructionphases.
- Conduct design reviews and recommendsolutions aligned with business goals and globalstandards.
- Prepare and track relevant Capexdocumentation.
- Build consensus among teammembers to ensure the bestcontributions.
Qualifications
Knowledge
Understandingof financial and commercial projectmanagement.Comprehensive knowledge of riskmanagement scope definition and scopeinterfaces.Full knowledge of internationalstandards policies codes andprocedures.Familiarity with StatutoryAuthorities requirements and Sustainable Designprinciples.Expertise in architectural andurban design to create holistic builtenvironments.Skills
Excellentconceptual and aesthetic design skills.Fluentin English with strong communication and negotiationskills.Proficient in Revit AutoCAD Rhino AdobeSuite; Grasshopper and VRay are a plus.Abilityto lead multidisciplinary teams and largescaleprojects.Strong organizational skills with theability to meet tight deadlines andbudgets.Proactive and selfmotivated with aflexible collaborativeattitude.Experience
Extensivearchitectural design and management experiencepostundergraduate.Proven expertise in managinginternational design consultants across sectors andtypologies.Experience in residentialcommercial public healthcare and educationaldesigns.Construction experience ispreferred.Demonstrated success in largecomplex programs with a focus on quality andinnovation.Education&Certifications
B.Archor B.Sc. in Architecture from a recognizeduniversity.Postgraduate degree in Architectureor Urban Design.International accreditations(RIBA AIA or equivalent).Sustainabilitycertifications (LEED PQP or equivalent) are highlydesirable.Rewardsand Benefits
