الوصف الوظيفيLead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure maintenance and operations programs in accordance with client requirements and company standards. Manage multi-disciplinary teams including engineers, project managers, field staff, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality service delivery. Develop and implement asset management strategies and performance-based maintenance models. Coordinate with stakeholders including municipalities, government agencies, and private clients to align program objectives and ensure regulatory compliance. Monitor program budgets, schedules, risk management plans, and performance metrics. Drive continuous improvement through innovation, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Prepare and deliver regular program reports, presentations, and briefings to internal and external stakeholders. Support business development activities including proposal preparation, client presentations, and strategic planning. Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality management standards across all projects and operations.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional Engineering (P.Eng) designation or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in infrastructure maintenance and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership or program management role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale or complex infrastructure programs, including transportation networks, water / wastewater systems, or facilities.
- Strong understanding of asset management principles, lifecycle costing, and operations optimization.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
