Job Title Lead Engineer - Sales
Job Scope The Lead Engineer - Sales will work as part of a broader team of Sales Engineers across assigned region supporting the growth in the assigned territory and providing an overlay of support to both internal and external stakeholders.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Create and deliver technical product demonstrations, presentations and designs and support
Participate in consultations and / or product capability assessments with prospects
Create formal relationships with key decision makers and serve as the external spokesperson for the company
Work on issues that impact design / selling success or address proof of concepts, products or technologies
Provide a role within the sales teams in assessing potential application of the company products to meet customer’s business needs
Drive the sales process in partnership with the Sales Team
Gather technical requirements from customers, align to internal solutions and manage both technical and competitive objections
Influence and contribute to sales opportunities beyond own territory assignment
Work collaboratively with internal technical and sales resources, share best practices, updates, offer and seek expertise

Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other related field
Experience At least 5 years of relevant experience in high tech.
