Retail sales associate

Overview We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The candidate should have a minimum of two years of retail sales experience and a solid understanding of the retail industry. Preference will be given to applicants with prior experience in the Middle East or applicants who are nationals or residents of India.

Responsibilities

Provide customers with information about our products and help them find what they need.

Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to maximize sales.

Help manage inventory and restock shelves as needed.

Demonstrate strong organizational skills, good problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

Minimum two years of retail sales experience.

Excellent understanding of the retail industry.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality customer service.

Preference for candidates with prior experience in the Middle East, or nationals / residents of India.

No English required.
