Your Tasks

Prepares offers, tenders and all applicable documentation in line with company standards.

Prepares and follows up on offers, tenders and all applicable documentation until orders are secured.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions from our service.

Conducts market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Actively seeks out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

Maintain quotation tracker up to date and ensure same is shared to all concern on daily basis.

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Gathers feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams for actions.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, key account metrics, and market trends.

Creating and closing PR / PO of operational and management related jobs.

Your Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.

2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in inspection, engineering, or industrial services.

Familiarity with tendering processes, client management, and sales documentation.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
