Tripwire L2 SME Job Description

Key responsibilities :

• Resolve complex, escalated issues from L1 support related to the Tripwire FIM tool, including configuration and performance problems
• Manage complex configurations, upgrades, and rollouts of File Integrity Monitoring across an IT infrastructure.
• Create and maintain Tripwire policies to meet security and compliance requirements and best practices.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and an incident knowledge base.
• Perform in-depth analysis to identify and resolve the root causes of recurring issues.
