Role / Department :

Under general supervision, the candidate will provide support to the board of directors, legal,pliance, risk and executive officers related matters.

Support the business unit on an ongoing basis and on certain projects.

The key responsibilities of the role include :

  • Responsible of ensuring that board of directors and boardmittee meetings of thepany are properly called, held.
  • Responsible for maintaining the document indexing and imaging process for the board, board and managementmittee minutes, agendas and support materials.
  • Maintain the board and board and managementmittees files, documents, and safekeeping.
  • Maintain and track the legal certificates of thepany's.
  • Create formal documents related toernance, board & board and managementmittees matters.
  • Assist with special projects to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of thepany and works on learning project management skills.
  • Support different units with related matters toernance, board and board and managementmittees.
  • Ensure all regulatory deliverables, internal polices andernance reports are submitted on time and reviewed on quarterly / annually basis.

Skills / Qualifications

  • The successful candidate will benefit from having;
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience of Microsoft Outlook and Office
  • Knowledge of Diligent Board books or any other board packaging software would be an advantage
  • Experience in corporate secretarial services (working knowledge / exposure to Philippine Business Registry and the SEC)
  • Exposure to client facing situations would be an advantage
  • Any experience attending board meetings and taking minutes would be an advantage
  • Strong writtenmunication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and escalate potential risk.
