Purpose of role

The Cultural Review Senior Officer supports the Art and Culture Liaison for the successful delivery of the program as defined by the client, for all issues related to the Art Component.

The Cultural Review Senior Officer holds the responsibility to liaise and coordinate with the Art andCulture Liaison with all matters related to the Art component, in accordance with the Client expectations.

Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities

• Respond directly to the Art and Culture Liaison.
• Manages, under the strategy of the Art and Culture Liaison, all relations with Curators, AMCs and possible stakeholders related to the art component.
• Schedule and attend executive meetings and progress meetings.
• Coordinates, under the strategy of the Art and Cultural Liaison, the work of the Curators and AMCs for the artists selection process, the latter in accordance with the results of the RFP.
• Supervises the Officers reports written by all the useful information in order to enable the correct information flow.
• Share with the Art and Culture Liaison possible amendments and corrective actions that could arise from information given by other departments within the PMO in their work with the Curators, AMCs and possible Stakeholders related to the art component.
• Coordinate the creative process of the Artists in collaboration with the Curators and AMCs.
• Inform the Art and Culture Liaison of any foreseen slippage of progress and proposes, if possible, corrective actions.
• Availability to travel, nationally and internationally, for a better management of the activities listed above.
