Overview

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) plays a vital role in managing the company's communication with government entities and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The PRO is responsible for handling all aspects of government relations, including visa and immigration processes, work permits, and liaising with the chamber of commerce. This role requires a proactive individual who can navigate the complexities of government regulations while maintaining the company's reputation and fostering positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate all government-related documentation and processes, including visas and work permits.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and government entities, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with the Ministry of Labour and Ministry of Interior to resolve any issues related to employee documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in government policies and regulations affecting the construction industry.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of necessary applications and reports to government bodies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in government departments.
• Provide guidance to employees regarding visa and immigration processes.
• Ensure timely renewal of all necessary permits and licenses.
• Support the company in public relations activities and community engagement initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all government interactions and documentation.
