Responsibilities
1. Supervision of Project Execution and Quality Control
- Operational Supervision : Oversee daily operations and coordinate between clients, design firms, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Contract Implementation : Ensure that all interior design work is executed precisely according to the scope of work agreed upon in signed contracts.
- Quality Control : Develop and implement strict quality control protocols to ensure all work meets the highest standards and client expectations.
- Risk Management : Identify and mitigate potential risks, including project delays or cost overruns, by applying rigorous project management protocols and contingency planning.
2. Financial and Time Management
Budget Management : Monitor costs, track expenses, and forecast potential overruns to ensure projects remain within the defined budget.Schedule Management : Create and monitor realistic project timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines.Resource Allocation : Optimize the use of resources (labor and materials) to ensure efficient execution and minimize waste.3. Leadership and Stakeholder Management
Team Leadership : Manage, guide, and develop the team of project managers and administrative staff to ensure efficiency and professionalism.Partner Selection : Identify, select, and contract reliable partners (design firms, contractors, and suppliers) based on the required quality and experience for each project.Communication : Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders and provide regular updates to clients to maintain transparency and trust.4. Technological Innovation (Artificial Intelligence)
AI Integration : Supervise the use and integration of AI-related interior design tools to enhance management, development, and supervision processes.Efficiency Enhancement : Utilize digital tools and software for tasks such as generating realistic timelines, assisting in quality monitoring, and optimizing resource allocation.Technology Systems : Ensure the use of project management software and technologies (e.g., Asana, Trello) and communication tools to guarantee effective coordination and tracking.Key Requirements
Experience : 5-7 Extensive and proven years of experience in Operations / project management, preferably in the finishing or interior design sector.Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the interior design market in Jeddah and Saudi Arabia, including local trends and cultural needs (e.g., integrating traditional Saudi elements with modern aesthetics).Management Skills : Strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience managing teams and multiple stakeholders.Technical Skills : Knowledge of, or a quick aptitude to learn, AI tools specific to interior design and project management software.Client Orientation : Ability to deal with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), real estate developers, and hospitality clients, focusing on meeting their unique preferences and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.Education : A higher qualification in engineering, project management, or a related field is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
