Senior Project Manager - Construction (Onsite)

ENDENA Consulting , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. With a minimum of 20 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closure.

Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.

Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.

Provide regular updates to clients and senior management on project status, milestones, and any issues that arise.

Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices.

Profile

Key Qualifications :

A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

Proven experience in managing complex construction projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and closure.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards, as well as local building codes and regulations in the Middle East and Asia.

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.

Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of local languages in the Middle East and Asia is a plus.
