Overview

JASARA PMC is excited to announce an opening for a Senior Project Manager (RC) to join our team. This position oversees complex reinforced concrete projects within the civil engineering sector. The selected candidate will leverage extensive experience to ensure project delivery meets safety, quality, and innovation standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of reinforced concrete projects, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and client expectations
  • Develop project plans that include timelines, milestones, resources, and budget considerations while ensuring compliance with safety regulations
  • Lead project teams, foster collaboration, and mentor team members to create a high-performance environment
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and solutions, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery
  • Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and align on project objectives
  • Implement best practices in project execution and continually seek opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with a focus on reinforced concrete structures
  • At least 15 years of project management experience, specifically in reinforced concrete projects
  • Strong understanding of relevant engineering standards, codes, and regulations
  • Demonstrable experience managing large-scale construction projects within budget and schedule constraints
  • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in project management software and tools for planning and reporting
  • Ability to navigate complex project challenges and drive effective resolutions
  • A proactive mindset with a commitment to fostering teamwork and collaboration
