MEP Supervisor - Riyadh Metro Project -

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities;-

• Show high regard for personal safety and safety of workmates and ensure work area is free of hazards.
• Provide general supervision in the assigned field in the construction organization.
• Responsible for directing activities of craftsmen within assigned area of responsibility.
• Must be knowledgeable in preparation of the 90-day Look Ahead Work Schedule.
• Read and understand the English language, vendors and project engineering drawings.
• Be familiar with vendors and sub vendors packing list.
• Comply with the technical safety rules within the working hours, coordinate with the related personnel and arrange the necessary precautions.
• Actively participate in the project specific training programs, and other programs which support
• achievement of project goals.
• Ensure that craftsmen are adequately supplied with information, materials, tools and construction equipment.
• Ensure that the correct cost codes form work operations are assigned as supplied by the general foreman / cost engineer.
• Know and enforces job rules as per the employee handbook.
• Must be able to work effectively as a team leader.
• Responsible for ensuring % adherence to all site ES&H requirement.
• Be familiar with lock out tag out procedure.

Education : -

Diploma / ITI with min 7 years including 3 years overseas of experience in MEP in Construction industry
