الوصف الوظيفيBIM Strategy Development : Develop and implement BIM strategies, standards, and workflows in alignment with organizational or project goals. Information Management : Define workflows, protocols, and processes for BIM integration across projects. Standards and Compliance : Establish and enforce BIM standards, templates, and guidelines in accordance with international. Collaboration : Facilitate effective communication and collaboration through regular coordination meetings and digital platforms. Project Delivery and Performance : Ensure timely delivery of BIM-related project outputs, including 3D models, documentation, and data for asset management. Problem Solving : Develop solutions to technical challenges, ensuring minimal impact on project schedules and budgets. Coordination of BIM Models : Manage and integrate BIM models from various disciplines and resolution using tools like Navisworks or BIM 360. Accountability Outcomes : Optimized BIM workflows and improved team proficiency and focus on ensuring smooth BIM processes. Data Management : Ensure proper management and organization of BIM data for easy access and use throughout the project lifecycle. Training and Support : Provide training sessions for project teams and support team members with technical challenges and ensure the effective use of BIM software. Team Coordination and Communication : Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients. Model Management : Responsible for ensuring the efficient use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and tools across all stages of a project Standards Implementation : Enforce compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project protocols, and industry standards. Quality Control and Assurance : Monitor the quality and integrity of BIM deliverables, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. BIM Strategy and Implementation : Develop and implement the BIM execution plan (BEP) in collaboration with clients. Clash Detection and Resolution : Proven ability to perform clash detection, resolve conflicts, and optimize model integration.
