Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of mixed-use projects in alignment with Qiddiya's vision and strategic objectives
• Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies to optimize project delivery timelines and budgets
• Coordinate across various disciplines, including architecture, engineering, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution
• Manage project resources effectively, leading both internal teams and external contractors to achieve project objectives
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and changes
• Conduct thorough project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present project reports, including financial projections, to the executive team
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in project delivery processes
• Support the professional development of project team members through mentoring and coaching
