Overview As a Senior Manager - Project Management - Mixed-Use at Qiddiya Investment Company, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of leisure and entertainment in Saudi Arabia. This position focuses on the management and delivery of mixed-use developments, ensuring that our projects not only meet but exceed the expectations of stakeholders and future communities.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of mixed-use projects in alignment with Qiddiya's vision and strategic objectives

Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies to optimize project delivery timelines and budgets

Coordinate across various disciplines, including architecture, engineering, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution

Manage project resources effectively, leading both internal teams and external contractors to achieve project objectives

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle

Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and changes

Conduct thorough project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies

Prepare and present project reports, including financial projections, to the executive team

Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in project delivery processes

Support the professional development of project team members through mentoring and coaching

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on mixed-use developments

Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects from conception to completion

Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Proficient knowledge of project management software and tools

Ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
