Senior Design Manager

الوصف الوظيفيDeliver THE LINE Architecture mandate, including stakeholder engagement Manage design processes from concept to completion across various architectural typologies Supervise visualization, design reviews, and quality control Manage and oversee architectural teams and consultants Develop and review design documentation, manuals, and schedules Ensure compliance with design briefs and standards Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders Lead technical reviews and problem-solving efforts Guide design standards, technical support, and project delivery Build team consensus and motivate team members Understanding of project management, risk management, and scope definition Full knowledge of international standards, codes, and statutory requirements Experience with Sustainable Design principles Strong conceptual, aesthetic, and urban design skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Suite; Grasshopper and V-Ray are a plus Ability to review technical specifications and manage large-scale projects
The Senior Manager will oversee the full spectrum of architecture design for different asset types related to THE LINE. The role includes managing an architectural design team, ensuring design work is executed effectively, and acting as a key driver of Quality Assurance in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
