Responsibilities

• Oversee the GC’s selection, procurement, and installation of interior design materials for Zone 3, ensuring compliance with the project, design intent, and quality standards.
• Oversee and coordinate review of material submittals, samples, mock-ups, and supplier qualifications with the CSC.
• Reports to Zone 3 Fit Out Manager & Mock-ups.
• Monitor the CSC’s inspection and quality assurance of finishes, ensuring timely resolution of defects and handover to the client.
• Escalate material compliance, supply chain, or quality issues to the PMC PD and the project.
• Facilitate coordination between the GC, CSC, and design consultants for technical queries and approvals, ensuring robust documentation and traceability.
