About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Communications Manager to join our team. As the KSA Corporate Communications Manager, you will develop and deliver strategic communications programs aimed at fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with our values and objectives.
Your key accountabilities will include :
- Collaborate with the senior leadership to develop comprehensive communication strategies aligned with company objectives and values, ensuring brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
- Oversee internal communication channels and messaging to ensure employees are informed about company news, initiatives, and developments. Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a strong company culture.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive culture by managing and supporting various internal events and activities throughout the year for all employees.
- Support the region’s social responsibility program and liasing with various external stakeholders to ensure events match with the community needs and have an ROI for the company.
- Mentor and advise the senior leadership team when it comes to communications in a way that ensures Tronox’s values and ethics are followed and protected.
- Lead the development of engaging content for various channels, including town halls, safety campaigns, press releases, website content, social media posts, internal newsletters, and presentations.
- Manage public relations efforts, including crisis communication planning and execution, stakeholder engagement, community relations and government relations initiatives to maintain a positive reputation and identify opportunities for the company.
- Plan and execute corporate events, including conferences, trade shows to promote the company's brand and engage stakeholders.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts to proactively manage media inquiries and secure media coverage that positively impacts the company’s image.

A bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism or related fieldA minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations or related field, preferably within the mining or natural resources sectorA passion for delivering effective communications and the competence to contribute to and execute strategic programs as well as tactical activitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences and a variety of channelsStrong interpersonal skills that enable you to build relationships and collaborate effectively at all levels of an organizationStrong media relations experience with a track record of securing positive media coverageThe capability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of sustainability practices, environmental issues and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives in thechemical industryExperience managing and / or mentoring staff, including direct report as well as those beyond your immediate teamWith approximately 6,500 employees across six continents, our rich diversity, unmatched vertical integration model, and unparalleled operational and technical expertise across the value chain, position Tronox as the preeminent titanium dioxide producer in the world.
