To build and grow the service sales function, driving, implementing, reporting and monitoring the progress of the service sales strategy. Develop trends for identifying and winning new business, and develop contract strategy and project proposals based on policies, customer requirements, budgets and timescales to ensure they meet agreed technical standards. Key areas of focus include identifying, discussing, reviewing and negotiating the contract baseline and other documents to maximize financial and operational performance. Document any changes / amendments that occur during contract execution. How You’ll Make An Impact
Assess and monitor the success / deviations of contracts to identify required changes. Ensure timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects, cooperating with technical and financial staff, legal teams and the client’s representatives. Provide support and advice on new potential business opportunities, demonstrating a strong legal knowledge base / terminology. Achieve assigned KPI for 3 BUs (PGHV, TRES, PGGI) and develop the pipeline for the 3 BUs, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting customer expectations; coordinate with all BUs to maintain “One face towards the customer” as one Hitachi. Utilize Hitachi-provided tools for proactive engagement with the customer and define the strategy for their responsible accounts to maintain, analyze and improve data within Salesforce. Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. A bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering is preferred. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in service sales. Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
