Overview
To build and grow the responsible for the driving, implement, reporting and monitoring of the progress of the service sales strategy, developing trends for identifying and winning new business, developing contract strategy and project proposals based on policies, customer requirements, budgets and timescales ensuring they meet agreed technical standards. Key areas of focus include identifying, discussing, reviewing and negotiating the contract baseline and other documents to ensure compliance with respect to maximizing the financial and operational performance. Documenting any changes / amendments that happen during contract execution. How you’ll make an impact
Assesses and monitors the success / deviations of contracts to identify and required changes. Ensures the timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects, cooperating with technical and financial staff, legal teams and the client’s own representatives. Provides support and advice on new potential business opportunities, demonstrating a strong legal knowledge base / terminology. Achieves assigned KPI for 3 BUs (PGHV, TRES, PGGI) and develops the pipeline for the 3 BUs (PGHV, TRES, PGGI) - Ensure customer satisfaction and to meet customer expectations and coordinating with all BUs to maintain “One face towards the customer” as one Hitachi. Utilizes Hitachi given tools for proactive engagement with the customer and define the strategy for their responsible accounts to maintain, analyze and improve the data within the Salesforce. Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. A bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering is preferred. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Service sales business. Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
