Summary
TheHR Specialist is a fundamental and core role within the HRdepartment and is responsible for the key activities required tosupport all stakeholders. The responsibilities and duties are allaligned with giving accurate and timely advice to all siteemployees. This role is to assess anticipate and support allHRrelated needs within the organization in line with thestandardized agreed processes and regulations.
Note : Thisposition requires work during summer vacation after hours andweekend hours at peaktimes
PositionDuties
The successful candidate willbe expected to :
- Demonstrate acommitment to the safety and security of children and young people(child protection).
- Acquire and maintain aworking knowledge of ISG District organization policies practicesand procedures.
- Demonstrate the ability tohandle and process confidential data andmatters.
- Demonstrate the ability to accuratelyconvey specialized information anddata.
- Provide administrative support acrossdefined HR Function.
- Manage ISG healthinsurance for International and Saudi employees ensuring seamlesscoverage for all beneficiaries :
Collect andprocess required data to accurately complete enrollment andcancellation forms for employees and theirdependents.
Maintain uptodate records andpromptly notify the insurance company of any changes including newdependents births or terminations ofemployment.Follow up on insurance claimssubmitted by employees ensuring timely resolution and addressingany concerns.Organize informativepresentations for all ISG schools to educate employees and theirdependents about the insurance plan benefits and claimsprocedures.Maintain consistent communicationand collaboration with insurance brokers to address any issues andensure optimal service for allbeneficiaries.Preparedrafts of all legal and nonlegal employment documents (OfferLetters Employment Agreements etc accurately and according toinformation and standard operating procedure requirements within 24hours of receiving a request containing all requiredinformation.Prepare and issue official lettersrequested by the employees (Visa Letters Bank Lettersetc).Administer yearly contract renewals forinternational dependents and Saudi hires accurately and in a timelymanner (coshare).Distribute and / or collectrequired employment and personnel documents from prospective andnew Saudi employees and hiring teams according to HR best practicesand standard operating procedure to ensure completefiles.Prepare complete and actively maintaindigital (electronic) and physical personnel files for Saudiemployees according to department file requirements and standardoperating procedures.Coordinate and conductverbal offer and benefit consultations with all Saudi Nationalprospective employees as part of their offer evaluationprocess.Communicate proactively succinctly andeffectively with all stakeholders and prospective employees duringthe new Saudi hires onboardingprocess.Proactively communicate andcollaborate with the HR Employee Relations Team and other districtdepartments (Sites Support Services Tech Support Finance ect.) asneeded to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for all Saudiemployees as per established recruitment and onboarding processprocedures.Communicate proactively withmanagement regarding the success and failure of the recruiting andonboarding process.Establish employee profilein Skyward request ISG Google account and authorize employeesecurity badge.Maintain (add / update / delete)internal spreadsheet tools accurately and according to departmentstandardsPrepare welcome packs for new Saudiemployees.Proactively followup on deliverablesowed and items due.Perform other duties assigned byyour administrator and or manager.
Qualificationsand Knowledge
The ideal candidate willhave :
Minimum of bachelors degree in arelated field of study Business or HRRelated.Sound knowledge of HR bestpractices.General understanding of HR PoliciesandRegulations.Experienceand Skills

Minimum of two yearsexperience working within an HR Role.Previousexperience in a support coordination facilitation and customerservice role.Skills
