We’re looking for a driven and experienced
Credit Control & Outbound Manager
to join our Customer Care leadership team. This is a pivotal role responsible for managing credit operations and leading outbound customer engagement strategies — directly supporting revenue growth, reducing bad debt, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enforce credit control policies and procedures
Monitor overdue payments and lead collection efforts
Analyze customer credit data and assess credit limits
Collaborate with Finance and Sales to resolve billing disputes
Prepare reports on delinquency trends and recovery performance
Drive strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow
Lead the outbound customer care team
Manage campaigns for collections, promotions, and service updates
Track performance metrics and KPIs
Train and develop outbound staff
Optimize processes using CRM and outbound tools
Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards
Conduct audits and recommend process improvements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of experience in credit control or collections, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Proven expertise in credit risk management and outbound operations
Strong leadership and negotiation skills
Telecom and CRM system experience is a plus
