Summary
Advises in the development and implements change management strategies, frameworks, and processes to enable a smooth transition and adoption of new strategies and business models. Provides expert guidance, support, and leadership to the Transformation Management Office (TMO).
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
1. Collaborates with key stakeholders, including senior leaders in the development of strategic short, medium and long-term business.
2. Collaborates with stakeholders across various departments in the development, planning and detailing of business strategies covering both design and practicality of implementation (e.g. development of L3 / L4 KPIs, objectives and initiatives). 3. Contributes to the development of transformation roadmaps by providing insights, recommendations, and expertise on strategy management. Ensure that the roadmap includes clear milestones, deliverables, and metrics to measure progress and success. 4. Translates and implements operating models and associated organizational capabilities to design and deliver value. 5. Identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities associated with transformation initiatives and propose effective mitigation strategies. 6. Leads strategy test & adapt activities and ensure the strategy is steering in the right direction – initiating refresh or change in course whenever necessary. 7. Evaluates strategy execution performance and drive change when necessary (e.g. identify objective, KPI and initiative achievement). 8. Shares knowledge and insights with the TMO team and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and enhance organizational change capabilities
Education
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Change Management, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related discipline is required.
Experience Required
Eleven (11) years of related experience with Masters, or thirteen (13) years with Bachelor’s Degree is required.
