Role : Introduce Kerridge, J D Edwards or ERP based solutions to the in-house information requirements of the auto business.
Main Responsibilities
Define the information requirements of the auto business. Identify & design the optimal solution to meeting FMC needs from among alternative solutions based on Kerridge, J D Edwards or ERP platforms. Prepare a road map for implementing the approved solution. Budget for implementation of the plans. Identify different vendors for plan implementation. Evaluate proposals from different vendors to select the most suitable implementation agency. Ensure implementation of the proposed solution within time and budget, including networking among various branches. Arrange to train users of the new system. Maintain and upgrade the new system.
Education
Post graduate qualifications in Systems or Systems Management, or graduate in computer science or engineering.
Experience
At least seven years, out of which at least three years in working in a Kerridge, J D Edwards or ERP environment, designing, managing or implementing a major project.
Age
Within 40 years.
Reporting to
Auto CFO; has to work in close interaction with functional and departmental heads of FMC.
Span of Control
Would work with one assistant initially.
Place of Posting
Riyadh.
Duration
Permanent although on contractual employment initially for two years.
Budget
Preferably within 18,000 SAR monthly gross (i.e., basic + housing + transport).
Competencies
Fluency in English. Knowledge of Kerridge, J D Edwards or ERP, preferably Kerridge. Functional expertise in structured systems analysis & design. Diagnostic skills. Knowledge of information flows corresponding to key business processes in auto industry. Project management capabilities. Commercial orientation. Ability to lead a new team to be assembled from different sources. Analytical ability. Learning orientation. Communication and presentation skills. Influencing skills. Interpersonal effectiveness.
