Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and construction of highways, internal roads, and related infrastructure.
- Manage engineering teams, project schedules, and ensure timely delivery.
- Review road alignments, pavement designs, and utility coordination.
- Supervise on-site construction activities including earthworks, asphalt layers, drainage, signage, and road safety elements.
- Ensure compliance with QA / QC standards, HSE regulations, and authority requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and government agencies.
- Monitor project budgets, contracts, and variations while applying value engineering.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in road engineering.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum 15 years of experience in road and civil infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of pavement design, construction supervision, and infrastructure standards.Experience with government authority requirements and local codes.Leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.GCC experience is preferred.To Apply :
