Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and guest-focused Assistant

Front Desk Manager to join our team at Radisson Hotel Jeddah Tahlia .

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth front desk operations,

delivering outstanding guest experiences, and supporting the Front Desk Manager

in daily administrative and leadership tasks. The ideal candidate should have

excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to

lead and inspire a team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee

front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.

  • Assist
  • in managing and training front office staff to uphold the highest service

    standards.

  • Handle
  • guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally, ensuring guest

    satisfaction.

  • Coordinate
  • with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments to enhance guest

    experience.

  • Monitor
  • and ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand

    standards.

  • Assist
  • in managing room availability, rates, and reservations to optimize hotel

    revenue.

  • Maintain
  • accurate records of guest interactions, billing, and reports.

  • Support
  • the Front Desk Manager in scheduling, performance evaluations, and team

    motivation.

  • Stay
  • informed about local attractions, events, and guest preferences to provide

    personalized recommendations.

  • Uphold
  • security protocols and ensure guest confidentiality and data protection.

    Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s
  • degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related

    field.

  • Minimum
  • of 2 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel

    setting.

  • Strong
  • leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency
  • in hotel management software (Opera, PMS, or similar) and Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent
  • communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first approach.

  • Fluency
  • in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus).

  • Ability
  • to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, including nights,

    weekends, and holidays.
