We are democratizing the social e-commerce space by enabling budding as well as seasoned entrepreneurs to sell online with no required capital, inventory, or operational experience. We have our Merchants covered from merchandising, warehousing, shipping, cash collection and customer service. In 2019 we started as a team of 8 people, now we are over 350 employees across Egypt, KSA and the UAE. We serve more than 34K social e-commerce sellers from incredibly diverse backgrounds – from students earning a part-time income to highly ambitious digital marketing experts looking to become solo entrepreneurs. The Commercial Buyer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to secure the best possible products and pricing. Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify new and trending products in your assigned category, that align with our customer base and business goals. Source and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price and reliability. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers. Negotiate competitive pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers. Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual agreements. Generate reports on supplier performance, pricing trends, and purchasing activity. Collaborate with data analysts to identify insights from purchasing data to inform future strategies. What will make you successful

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a commercial buyer or procurement role within e-commerce or retail. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
