Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives within the hospitality sector. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing strategies that align with our company’s objectives and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality marketing, with a proven ability to drive engagement and growth through innovative campaigns.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Establish and refine marketing strategies specific to the hospitality sector that align with overall company objectives and the parent brand’s vision.
- Ensure all hospitality marketing initiatives are consistent with the strategic goals and messaging of the parent brand.
- Review market research reports to gather insights on customer preferences and competitive positioning; set performance targets for branches and brands based on this analysis.
- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, public relations, and promotional events to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Supervise online advertising efforts, search engine optimization (SEO), and email marketing campaigns to maximize digital reach and effectiveness.
- Analyze financial reports from branches to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth, providing actionable recommendations to optimize performance.
- Manage the marketing budget for hospitality initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Lead the creation and management of online advertising, social media campaigns, and digital content that resonates with target audiences.
- Liaise with internal operations teams across various hospitality brands to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and brand integrity.
- Collaborate with internal and external marketing agencies to implement effective strategies and campaigns that align with the brand’s goals.
- Monitor and supervise audience engagement efforts to foster strong customer relationships and brand loyalty.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Manage media buying and planning to optimize advertising spend and effectively reach target audiences.
- Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing management, particularly within the hospitality or related service industries.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial reports and market data, driving informed decision-making.
- Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with external partners.
- Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex marketing initiatives on time and within budget.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
