Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Handover Manager, Buildings to join our team! In this role you will get to work on the handover of a fantastic large scale building project with a great team .
What You'll Be Doing :
- Handover Planning and Management : Develop and implement comprehensive handover plans for the project, outlining key milestones, responsibilities, and timelines. Manage the complete handover process.
- Managing a multidisciplinary team to hand over a significant building project
- Stakeholder management and liaison
- Oversee the collection, organization, and verification of all project documentation, including completion certificates, as-built drawings, warranties, and operation manuals.
- Issue Resolution : Address any deficiencies or outstanding issues identified during inspections, working closely with stakeholders to resolve them and achieve the targeted handover date.
