SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible to support the Sales manager in promoting and selling a range of Decorative products to new / existing / specified potential customers by utilising Jotun’s sales tools and techniques. You also need to develop strong customer relationships to achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and with the aim of increasing Jotun market share and profitability.

This position will based at Al-Baha and report to the Area Sales Manager - Decorative.

Responsibilities :

Introduce, promote and sell decorative products to allocated customers and geographical territories through regular visits, marketing activities, campaigns to achieve sales budget as well as maintain good relationship with customers.

Execute of sales policies and marketing activities in line with company rules and regulations to support business growth, uniformity and business efficacy.

Maintain good relationship with dealers, retailers and provide high quality service to existing distributors and attending to customers’ complaints and maintain Customer Relationship Management Database.

Ensure profitability of the company by selling high value products and increasing the retail network to create a good customer base in the market.

Co-ordinate and manage retail information ensuring the necessary action is taken at critical stages of the retails business. Liaise with the client market and respond to inquiries on priority, introducing products and services to Dealers and Distributors.

We are Looking for : Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing.

3 - 4 years of relevant experience in Retail Sales & Business Development.

Fluency in Arabic & English – both verbally and written.

Location : Al-Baha, Saudi Arabia.
