We are seeking a Senior Scheduling / Planning Engineer (Onshore / Offshore), Senior Cost Budget Controller for our PMS project in Khafji, Saudi Arabia. The role manages the project controls team across various projects, supporting the Project Management team on behalf of the client (Khafji Joint Operations, KJO), delivering the project program.

The role also involves reviewing early-stage deliverables (FEL1 and FEL2) related to cost, schedule, and risk, produced by KJO's front-end development department.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills)

• At least 14 years of experience, including 10+ years in project management, planning, scheduling, cost estimation, budget control, procurement tracking, and engineering / construction activity monitoring for major oil and gas projects.
• PMC experience in a similar role for several years is preferred.
• Knowledge of various contracting types and project execution strategies.
• Experience in schedule and cost benchmarking of upstream oil and gas projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel; working knowledge of Primavera P6.
