Penspen . We are seeking a Senior Projects Coordinator to work on our PMS project in Khafji, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role supports the Project Director in delivering the program of projects on behalf of the client, Khafji Joint Operations (KJO), ensuring the commercial success of the Project Management Services (PMS) contract and client satisfaction. It includes coordinating various projects to ensure the overall portfolio is healthy and aligned with the plan. The Senior Projects Coordinator manages Project Delivery Leads and Senior Project Engineers providing project management services for both onshore and offshore projects. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of DBSP / FEED / EPC project stages, supervising engineers, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables, and maintaining stakeholder communication. The role involves coordinating site inputs and stakeholders to facilitate smooth collaboration. Additional duties include overseeing project execution, managing schedules, budgets, mobilization, and staff quality, as well as coordinating engineering activities from inception to completion with design, procurement, and construction teams. Both onshore and offshore experience is required. Knowledge / Experience (Skills) Required

Minimum 15 years of project management and engineering experience in FEED, EPC, and project development phases (FEL1 and FEL2). At least 8 years of recent experience managing and coordinating onshore / offshore project activities, including technical, contractual, logistical, and support aspects. PMC experience in a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of Saudi Aramco procedures / practices is beneficial. Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Word and Excel. Qualifications
