Associate Creative Director

To support the Creative Director in developing and executing innovative creative strategies, leading design and content teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative work that meets client objectives and drives brand success.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Creative Strategy Development : Assist in formulating and executing creative strategies aligned with client goals and brand vision.
• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor creative teams, providing direction and feedback to ensure high-quality output.
• Concept Development : Collaborate on brainstorming and developing creative concepts for various projects and campaigns.
• Project Oversight : Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Client Interaction : Work with clients to understand their needs and present creative concepts effectively.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with other departments (e.g., account management, production) to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Creative Review : Review and approve creative work, ensuring it meets required standards and client expectations.
• Innovation and Trends Monitoring : Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new ideas and techniques into creative work.
• Budget Management : Assist in managing project budgets and resources efficiently.
