The Senior Patient Relations Specialist at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) provides frontline support, handling patient complaints, suggestions, and surveys. Master’s degree in Healthcare administration or related field is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or management field is required
Professional Certifications Required
Medical terminology training is required. PX certificate is required.
Years of Experience
Minimum 15 years’ experience in Patient experience, healthcare field or related field as required.
Languages
English : Fully Proficient ; Arabic : Fully Proficient
