About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead a complete restructuring of the department, enhance operational efficiency across procurement, logistics, and warehousing, enforce effective purchasing and inventory control policies, and drive overall performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate contracts.
• Establish comprehensive inventory control systems, optimize reorder points, and reduce dead stock.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for spare parts, including local and international logistics, shipping, and customs clearance.
• Lead ERP system implementation and optimization, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Build and manage a cross-functional team, providing training and performance evaluations.
• Monitor KPIs, achieve cost savings, and improve workflow efficiency.
