Supply Chain Manager
Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead a complete restructuring of the department, enhance operational efficiency across procurement, logistics, and warehousing, enforce effective purchasing and inventory control policies, and drive overall performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate contracts.
- Establish comprehensive inventory control systems, optimize reorder points, and reduce dead stock.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for spare parts, including local and international logistics, shipping, and customs clearance.
- Lead ERP system implementation and optimization, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Build and manage a cross-functional team, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Monitor KPIs, achieve cost savings, and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management, and demand planning.Professional certifications such as CSCP, CIPS, or PMP are preferred.Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets is preferred.Skills
