Supply Chain Manager Location :
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead a complete restructuring of the department, enhance operational efficiency across procurement, logistics, and warehousing, enforce effective purchasing and inventory control policies, and drive overall performance improvements. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate contracts. Establish comprehensive inventory control systems, optimize reorder points, and reduce dead stock. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for spare parts, including local and international logistics, shipping, and customs clearance. Lead ERP system implementation and optimization, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Build and manage a cross-functional team, providing training and performance evaluations. Monitor KPIs, achieve cost savings, and improve workflow efficiency. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration. Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management, and demand planning. Professional certifications such as CSCP, CIPS, or PMP are preferred. Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets is preferred. Skills Skills : Leadership and decision-making.
