PIF is seeking a candidate to join MENA Investments team to provide expertise in institutional engagement by consolidating and evaluating market intelligence and investor feedback, thereby identifying investor themes, exploring new investment products / structures, attracting new investors, thereby contributing to the successful execution of the Public Investment Fund’s (PIF) MENA Capital Recycling Plan.
Specialized Accountabilities
- Support on regular dialogue with local, regional, and international institutional investors to understand market sentiment and investor areas of interest.
- Develop comprehensive understanding of local, regional, and international institutional investors to support development of the sale pipeline in the Capital Recycling Plan.
- Produce periodic updates of the institutional investor engagement efforts and support the section for engaging with new investors (public and private) to participate in PIF MENA transactions and in the wider Saudi capital market.
- Support in the consolidation of market intelligence through interaction with institutional investors at financial forums, investment conferences, roadshows, and through regular direct meetings with investors.
- Generate in‑house investor profiles, process reverse enquiries and maintain shadow books of investor interest in PIF’s MENA public and private assets.
- Support engagement efforts with financial regulators and other stakeholders to streamline processes and guidelines that impact institutional investments into PIF MENA assets and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
- Prepare local, regional and international conference / investor trip materials and information packs, including gathering investor information and providing logistical support.
- Prepare and update talking points for meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and consolidate meeting minutes with investors and any other relevant entities, and ensure that all interactions are properly logged in the CRM.
- Support in the development and maintenance of Institutional Engagement section’s CRM system and conduct data analysis and generate reports using the CRM system.

Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other relevant discipline.Any relevant certification such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), etc.Good communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to convince the stakeholders.Ability to establish credibility with stakeholders.Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business needs.Strong organizational / project management skills, the ability to manage and achieve multiple deadlines.Ability to motivate, guide, and inspire others to achieve common goals and vision.Seniority level
