• Oversee Shop Operations : Manage day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring a smooth flow of service and customer satisfaction.
• Staff Supervision : Supervise, motivate, and train the shop team, ensuring high levels of performance and customer service.
• Sales Management : Achieve sales targets by promoting optical products and services, managing stock levels, and implementing promotional activities.
• Customer Service Excellence : Ensure exceptional customer service, resolving issues and maintaining a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Inventory Management : Oversee stock management, ensuring timely orders and accurate stock levels for both optical and non-optical products.
