Are You ready for the next step? Lenovo is looking for a Customer Fulfillment & Logistics Specialist! Responsibilities
Track and monitor international transportation plans, focusing on urgent and special cargo shipments. Prepare and maintain manual reports to support business decision-making. Participate in online meetings across time zones with global partners and internal teams. Handle logistics documentation, including Certificates of Origin and export requirements. Coordinate with origin teams to ensure smooth shipment communication and execution. Manage Greenlight shipment processes for timely and compliant delivery. Provide ad-hoc support for route design, feasibility studies, and partner communications. Conduct spot rate checks to ensure cost accuracy and compliance. Qualifications
Bachelor degree of University Extensive experience in international logistics frontline operations. Preferably worked in a large global logistics company. Strong English and Arabic communication skills. (Chinese language is a plus.) Proficiency in office tools and systems (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, SAP). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities. Ability to manage and analyze data effectively. What We can offer You
