The

Insurance Key Account Manager

will act as the primary liaison between the company and major insurance clients. This role involves managing strategic partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective account management and collaboration across internal departments. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for key insurance accounts and ensure strong, trust-based relationships. Understand client needs, business objectives, and challenges to deliver tailored solutions. Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for insurance products and services. Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure mutual benefit for both client and company. Develop account plans and strategies to achieve growth and retention goals. Analyze client data and provide actionable insights for business improvement. Collaborate with internal teams including underwriting, claims, customer service, and product development. Prepare periodic reports on account performance, sales, and revenue forecasts. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in

Business Administration ,

Engineering , or a related field. Minimum

10 years of experience

in account management or insurance services. Proven track record in managing corporate clients and maintaining long-term relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis. Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage. Benefits of Joining
