About the Role
To ensure McDonald’s stores are maintained in line with global standards, this role coordinates and monitors all civil and construction maintenance activities across operating stores, develops and prioritizes detailed maintenance schedules, responds to construction-related issues with appropriate solutions, performs approved maintenance tasks in collaboration with the Equipment Department, and supervises all work to ensure compliance with policies and procedures without disrupting store operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and prioritize detailed schedules for civil and construction maintenance work across operating stores.
- Respond to and recommend solutions for construction-related issues.
- Execute approved maintenance activities in coordination with the Equipment Department.
- Supervise and ensure all maintenance work complies with McDonald’s global guidelines, standards, and safety procedures.
- Monitor maintenance activities to avoid disruption to store operations.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare cost analysis reports and regularly track progress against maintenance schedules.
- Log and track all maintenance requests accurately.
- Coordinate with the Procurement Department to process Service Requests or Purchase Orders when required.
Qualifications / Requirements
Knowledge & Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.Job-Related Skills
Proficient in MS Office, Internet, and AutoCAD.Strong planning and organizational skills.Effective coordination and follow-up abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Seniority level
