Performance Monitoring Senior Specialist Purpose of Job : Jobholders at this level are capable of operating with minimal supervision. They work within guidelines and procedures in order to prepare more complex, specialized or ad-hoc reports in their related field. They contribute to the completion of milestones or operational targets within the assigned functional area. They undertake operational activities including preparing required reports using various reporting systems and following-up on the implementation of corrective / remedial actions.
Job Responsibilities
Organizational Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Research and keep abreast of international best practices to identify latest trends, methods and approaches used for data reporting
Develop and / or update the reporting framework to ensure standardized and consistent reporting
Update the organizational performance management reporting tools for monitoring purposes
Collect and consolidate data from all functions on a periodical basis ensuring correctness and integrity to monitor and report on organizational performance
Control the reporting systems (Tableau, S+)
Review ZATCA’s KPIs dashboard to report results and gaps
Prepare needed weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly reports to relevant internal (e.g., BoD, other functions) and external (e.g., Ministry of Finance, ADAA, Royal Court) stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner highlighting ZATCA’s strategy’s performance, achieved results and deviations
Conduct meetings with senior leadership and concerned external stakeholders (e.g., ADAA, Ministry of Finance) to discuss results and recommendations
Follow-up on the implementation of corrective / remedial actions
Prepare awareness materials and conduct awareness and educational workshops to enhance capabilities in organizational performance
Organization and Operations
Follow all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Help in solving escalated problems and provide needed support for junior team to ensure work is carried out efficiently
Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure cases / issues are closed properly
Perform other duties as requested
People Management
Train junior staff on the different job activities to ensure transfer of know-how, when applicable
Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility, and monitor the workflow of subordinates / junior staff
Support junior staff or direct reports in order to execute their duties according to set policies and processes
Job Details Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent is required
Experience A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
