Engineer I, Planning

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules including Baseline, Updated, Recovery and Revised Schedules.
• Coordinate with project management and team members to define project scope and objectives.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies in cooperation with the Project team.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders (Internal / Client).
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation decisions.
• Closely monitor Milestone and Critical Path / s and multiple float Paths.
• Initiate EOT claims, delay analysis and follow‑up with Contracts department and Client.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and adherence to schedules.
• Analyse project data to identify trends and improve future project planning.
• Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Use project management software (Primavera P6, EPPM and MS 360) to track and report project timelines.
• Develop contingency plans to address delays and disruptions.
• Review and approve project plans developed by subcontractors.
• Create in cooperation with project team : Procurement Plan, Engineering Plan, HSE Plan, Quality management plan, Resource Plan, Risk Plan and Project execution Plan.
