Wood is currently seeking a Lead Planning & Scheduling to support our Projects business in the strategic gold mine and processing facility project in Ar Rjum, KSA.

Role Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the project schedule with specific milestone dates.Create resource‑loaded, robust baseline schedules.Produce all project plans and associated documents (S curves, histograms, tabulated man‑hour / progress data).Prepare required weekly and monthly progress reports.Analyze progress and schedule performance, including productivity and critical path.Provide the project team with relevant planning and reporting information.Ensure all deliverables conform to Company, Client, and QA standards.Periodically update schedules to include scope changes, latest progress, and delivery information.Assist in developing change notifications, highlighting impact on schedule and re‑baselining effort.Obtain deliverables, draw lists, and update from disciplines, distributing compiled reports.Promote good working relationships within the Project Controls Teams, other project departments, and client representatives.Ensure planning work complies with Corporate and Project specific procedures.What makes you remarkable?

Expected qualifications
Degree in Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 15 years of relevant scheduling / planning experience.Experienced user of Primavera P6.Knowledge of ARAMCO standards and procedures.Practical applied experience in planning and scheduling.Understands and applies planning theory, process, and best practices.Capable of developing and maintaining performance targets.Expertise on project controls and planning tools.Knowledge of spreadsheets and databases.Team player willing to share ideas with multidisciplinary team members.Able to communicate with all levels up to top management.Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.Good numerical, analytical, and literacy skills with strong attention to detail.Possess good planning and organizational skills and be accustomed to meeting tight deadlines.Wood is a global leader in consulting and engineering, helping to unlock solutions to critical challenges in energy and materials markets.
