The Role

We are a UAE based recruitment company, currently seeking for a Pastry Sous Chef based in Riyadh, KSA for one of our clients Saudi Arabia which is a top provider of culinary and hospitality services for more than 40 years. The role is for an inflight catering. Key Qualifications : At least 5 years of experience in large-scale production, flight catering, or cruise ship operations

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry, or related field
• Professional pastry certification
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or sous chef role within a pastry section
• Proven background in large-scale production, flight catering, or cruise ship operations
• Experience in large-scale production, buffet setups, plated desserts, and à la carte service
