TREASURY TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM MANAGER - BANKING
The Program Manager will lead the design, delivery, and governance of the banks Treasury Transformation Program. This role will oversee the modernization of treasury systems, processes, and operating models to enhance liquidity management, risk control, funding efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The Program Manager will act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to ensure strategic alignment and timely execution of the program's objectives.
Experience
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in large-scale program or project management within financial services.
- Proven experience in leading Treasury or Finance Transformation programs in a banking environment.
- Strong knowledge of Treasury functions : liquidity management, cash forecasting, funding, ALM, risk management, and regulatory reporting.
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Murex, Quantum, Kyriba, Finastra, SAP TRM) and ERP integration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors across complex delivery environments.
Skills & Competencies
Strategic and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills at C-suite level.Strong financial acumen and understanding of regulatory requirements (SAMA, IFRS 9, Basel III, etc.).Fluency in English required; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CFA, FRM, or ACT (Association of Corporate Treasurers) preferred.Vertical : Technology
