Overview

Emergency Response Consultant – Major Downstream Revamping Project (KSA)

Responsibilities

• Develop rescue guidelines for various scenarios (e.g., high elevations, confined spaces).
• Present guidelines to contractor Emergency Response Team (ERT) leaders.
• Support contractors in preparing and validating Intervention & Rescue Plans.
• Assist the project ERT team in training firefighting and rescue personnel.
• Participate in emergency drills; assess contractor ERT and command center performance; design scenarios when needed.
• Audit contractor ERT equipment and facilities.
• Review emergency response plans across all contractor packages; identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Update the project’s Emergency Response Plan following drills or organizational changes.
• Ensure emergency equipment and facilities across packages are operational and fit for use.
• Provide on-site support and advice to contractor ERT leads during emergencies.
