Senior level position responsible for managing, supervising, and performing communications systems planning and implementation activities in direct support of AFCENT A6. This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X. #clearance Responsibilities

Major Job Activities : Manage, supervise, and perform communication systems planning and implementation activities. Level of support can be theater-wide or at squadron level. Tasks shall include : Provide continuity for deployed USAF personnel and act as a liaison with the base-level USAF personnel to support USAFCENT operational requirements on projects and serve as a focal point for all communication systems planning; Direct and lead planning meetings, video, and teleconferences, as required by the Task Order (TO); Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs), local command, and external agencies, as required, to develop and brief project plans. Manage implementation of communication systems projects; Coordinate and facilitate communications installations to include frequency authorizations, civil works authorizations, logistical work, and other aspects as required; Coordinate engineering data through the base communication system integrator (CSI) to ensure communications systems architecture, configuration, and integration conformity; Consolidate monthly reports of all communication projects, as required by the TO; Coordinate and process deployed base / command-level requirements; Track requirements throughout the lifecycle, to include gathering, collecting, and archiving requirements; Input requirement to Government-provided database; Act as a liaison with the base-level USAF personnel to support USAFCENT operational requirements; Coordinate and process deployed base requirements, as required. Material & Equipment Directly Used : Government computers and DoD approved software. Working Environment : Working environment is a climate-controlled facility. Outdoor temperatures may exceed temperatures of 100 degrees Fahrenheit. May require support during periods of non-traditional working hours including nights or weekends. Physical Activities : Must be able to lift / push / pull 40 lbs. unassisted. Qualifications

Education / Certifications : Bachelor's Degree in any discipline Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or similar work experience U.S. Citizen Active Secret Tier 3 (or higher) Security Clearance Experience / Skills : Senior level experience in : technical specifications development, process analysis and design, technical problem solving, analytical / logical thinking, installation of communications systems or equipment; coordinating the work of several different activities / agencies in project completion; production timelines, coordinating project support agreements, and reviewing engineering design documents; AND Must possess excellent interpersonal skills Supervisory / Budget Responsibilities : TBD At V2X, we are deeply committed to both equal employment opportunity, including protection for Veterans and individuals with disabilities, and fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
